The data model work has already been done. Check out Danny Ayer's Atom-OWL model [1]
or my more experimental model [2] which I have even illustrated with a UML diagram. The OWL file [3] contain that information in a formal w3c supported, machine readable way.
To interact with those models directly tools such as Protégé are available.
