I have a hard time imagining any interop beyond "use XML." Software is 
going to be fishing for Six Apart extensions to do anything useful.

I do see a need for a common representation when appearing in a 
collection, just like your average resource needs one. By leaving 
templates to MIME types, another draft or standards effort can deal with 
it. This could even be an Atom entry, if that turns out to make sense. 
IMHO, we don't need to solve this problem right now.
