Yes. I was asking for a delay in order to rev the draft before taking 
anything to the WG.

I was asking for an opportunity to draft an alternative proposal before 
presenting that one to the WG, as I feel the list is rather split on 
that issue, and I don't feel that the Pace should be presented as the 
product of this list without the other point of view also present.
