Yes.

The only open objections to PaceCategoriesFacet were
to the element names 'site' and 'introspection'. I think
this could go forward on atom-syntax where the element
names will probably get picked apart no matter what
we choose.

PaceCategoriesFacet needs to be addressed in terms
of PaceCollectionIdiom so that should definitely be held back
until after PaceCategoriesFacet is done.
