Then call me a wanker. The Atom Protocol is defined to operate over HTTP.
HTTP interacts with resources on the server. By definition.
I see no reason to invent new terminology for something that is already
very well-defined and specified. What's the purpose?
"Service"?? Is that a web service? Is it an xmlrpc endpoint? No. It is a
resource that you interact with via HTTP. Call it a resource.
