Let's set some expectations here. Kendall's doc is 1 day old
and a proposal that the RDF data access working group has yet to read
through, review or see if it likes it. I've yet to read it myself (a skim says
it looks good). I'd be really happy if this was well aligned with the
atom-protocol work which I'm tracking for this reason.
