Many of them are 'obvious editorial moves' that fall out of 
adopting PaceSliceAndDice3 and others are just good editorial
cleanup of the current draft structure. 

To be clear though, I wouldn't categorize removing the 
section on authentication and moving the SOAP stuff 
under the banner of 'obvious editorial moves' and I believe
they should have further discussion, not matter how +1
I am on them.
