Appendix A - SOAP Enabling

Hi,

Some obs/questions on Appendix A:

- What version of SOAP is this? (1.2 and 1.1 are very different.)

- Why do we need to say what XML profile the server MUST process when it 
pretty much needs to be SOAP's XML profile? That, or change "Servers 
need not be able to handle processing instructions or DTDs." to an 
operational form such as  "Clients MUST NOT send processing instructions 
or DTDs in XML'

- I don't understand what 6.2 bullet 4 is saying, partculary I don't 
have a grasp on what the markup might look like.

- I also think the tunneled method should be carried in the SOAP 
envelope header defined by the WG and not a SOAPAction header (that 
would mean changing 6.2 bullet 4. My understanding (which may be 
outdated at this point) is that preservation of HTTP headers is not 
assured over web/carrier gateways.
