So placing an entry in a category would require
putting it in a category collection?
Not at all; but the protocol needs to be able to allow a client to
allow a user to select from a (potentially large) list of categories,
when they want to use them. Seems to me that one good way to model
them is to treat them as just another collection.
On the other hand, let's not micromanage; the only thing that's clear
is that we do have to support category selection and assignment. -Tim
