That's about as reasonable as saying the protocol will decide the value of
all atom:title elements, overwriting and inserting "entry #nnnn" into each;
or the protocol will decide that atom:summary will consist of the first n
words of atom:content - even if the user has hand-crafted their own summary
of the content.
