directories can be nested.
can collections be nested?
feeds can be nested if each entry in a given feed is treated as meta-data
for the nested feed, and contains a link to said nested feed.
hmmm ... do we ever want the APP to treat POSTing a <feed> resource to an
endpoint to enable creation of a new feed?

+1 to providing atom:entry for every resource, especially since we have
essentially flat one-level-only directories
