What is "control information"?
I can evaluate these statements for draft={yes,no}, but I don't know what
that has to do with the next property we discuss, say "allow-trackbacks-in".
As far as I can tell, "title" is a property of entries, and "draft" is a
property too, and "allow-trackbacks-in", and all the rest. I don't grasp
this "control information" abstraction.
