I didn't get far on this during the week. I'll be gone
for about 2.5 weeks after which I'll have my hands
full catching up on work for probably a week or so.
Instead of holding up the WG for almost a month I'd
like to retract my offer to work on the SOAP  
sections of the APP draft. 

Please accept my apology for failing to meet this
commitment.
