No new mime types

Here is a suggestion. APP should define no new mime types. XML can  
just be served as application/xml  if needed. If there is a need to  
identify the type of object at the end of a relation new relation  
types should be defined.

So if the reason for defining a new mime type is that people want to  
define a
<link rel="alternate" type="applicaton/atom+serv"...> then instead  
they should define a new relation
such as

<link rel="categories" href="./cats/categories.xml"/>

That at least seems better architecture.
