Bill, that's nonsense.  It requires conformant implementations to use
the mechanisms described by our normative references, which are draft
standards.

I'm finding this thread has less merit than the RDF one.


No one is forcing you to participate.

When can expect a resolution?


When we have a deployable spec that doesn't contain misinformation.
