Re: Consensus calls
PaceSlugHeader4: ACCEPTED. Two -1's, but a lot of support and
nobody's saying doing it will be a calamity.
I didn't read it the same way really. I have seen many wondering the
benefit of it in fact and also many unsure about the name of the header:
"Slug".
PaceRemoveMustOrderCollectionsByUpdated: REJECTED. Thank goodness we
don't do things by voting, because this would have been a tie.
I really don't understand the motivation behind forcing collections to
be sorted by atom:updated. Leave publishers decide what they want to do.
PaceNoServiceDocument: REJECTED: Sorry; there screen-full after
screen-full of messages, and eventually it became apparent that yes,
you *could* probably get along without a specialized Service doc, but
the idea of removing it doesn't have anything like rough-consensus
support.
Neither does have the idea of keeping it... anyway that doesn't bother me.
Also, what about PaceRefactorCollectionPaging?
