Should APP mention POSTing entries with 'outOfLineContent'

Hi,

I just noticed that APP does not at all mention the POSTing of  
entries that reference content to a colection.

Given that the special case defined by APP for  creating media  
resources is the desired way to submit non-atom media,
it should maybe be made explicit that POSTing entries with 'out of  
line' content is forbidden or undefined.

(which is it? forbidden or undefined?)
