Typo, and what if no app:categories?

There's a typo in protocol-12 in 6.1 "A Category Document (Section 7)  
contain lists of categories " - should be "contains", check almost  
identical sentence at top of section 7.

But (question) what if it doesn't?  If I fetch a service doc with a  
collection with no <app:categories>, does that mean the server is  
suggesting that I can post any category I want, or that I can't post  
any category at all?

I suggest the former.

I think we have to make up our minds.
