Punctuation and word usage: enough

Wearing my co-chair hat:

Debating, or even discussing, the proper use of punctuation or word 
usage for the draft is hereby out of scope. Original comments to the 
editors ("I found a mis-placed comma"; "I use 'an HTTP' instead of 'a 
HTTP'") are fine, but the editors and other WG members *should not* 
reply. It is a waste of attention bandwidth while we are discussing 
technical issues.
