It seems, from the text you've proposed, it is entirely up to the server
whether and if how it implements the header. For example, it can be used
as input to a md5_hex function that generates the "URI normally used to
retrieve the to-be-created Member Resource". Considering this, I can see
no way to reliably determine through black box testing whether a server
implements the header and if, whether it implements it correctly. So it
seems your test either does not work correctly or the text you've pro-
posed does not express what you think it it expresses.
