FWIW, early August is the only timeframe that works well with the

trip at all--still waiting for my manager to sign off.)

So then lets do a remote interop in August, and a live interop in September.  If you're not even sure whether or not you can make it in August due to manager sign-off, then why even bother with it?  Lets gather together the requirements, get a list of servers together ahead of time, and then meet up on irc://irc.freenode.net/#atom and start bashing bugs.

To ensure we have the proper resources in place, I'd be happy to provide as many test servers as might be needed ahead of time that folks can use to setup and preconfigure their AtomPub servers, blocking access to only the IP's of those of us involved with the remote interop (unless, of course, public access is prefered.)
