Does 303 indicate the request is successful or error? I'm not clear
when reading its definition. In the use case, since duplicate entry is
not allowed, client should be informed that its request is not
successful.
HTTP/1.1 (10.3.4) 303 See Other
"The response to the request can be found under a different URI and
SHOULD be retrieved using a GET method on that resource"
