...for all Google data APIs, including very specifically Blogger'sAtomPub implementation. Though OAuth isn't an IETF spec (yet) it's acommunity standard modeled on the OpenID spec process and is enjoyingquite a bit of usage at the moment, so in practice this will hopefullybe One Last Spec to Support rather than Yet Another Spec to Support.
