Re: draft-gregorio-atompub-multipart-02

OK, done all of those updates with one exception, instead of
adding 'start' to the example, I added another example with 'start'.
I want to show both cases, where start indicates the root, and where
the first item is the implicit root.

Due to a quirk in the tool chain when we moved into the month of
"September" along with the addition of the word "Resource" to the title
caused the tools to fail. The month of "August" is fine, so is "September"
if the title is shortened. I opted for the latter. I didn't wrestle with the
tools further.

Barring any shouting I will send these off to be published as the -04 version
tomorrow.
