doh, 0.2 multipart again

I just realized that my schema allows <entry> to have multiple <content> 
children, some multipart, some not.  I think what we really mean is that 
in an <entry> you either have *one* multipart <content> with multiple 
non-multipart <content> children, or you have *one* non-multipart 
<content>.  Right?
