Woops.  Mine is now.  But I think this may be evidence for strictness... 
a lot of people on this list really care about being 
standards-compliant, and yet errors creep in *because nobody reports 
them*.  It took me like ten seconds to fix that cut-n-paste error, yet 
it's probably been there for months because nobody reports it.
