I think it works fine as a base browsing interface to entries, and
might replace the simplest of the search API's proposed so far. This
browsing isn't actually an API because we don't define a Programming
Interface, we define functionality rules and provide a syntax for it.

It works, it's simple, and it can be a MUST to implement. Then we can
focus on the more advanced search facets with more dynamic input from
the user (news client, aggregator etc), which should range from «SHOULD»
to «MAY implement.

I'm not sure I like the syntax, but as we haven't decided upon a common
set of rules for the XML syntax of Atom, this isn't important at this
moment. So let's discuss that later.
