SSFF issue status

I selected SSFF as my first issue to summarize because it was fairly
well received, it's mostly a matter of closure.

Quick Summary:

  1) SSFF needs draft spec prose (volunteer required)

1') with a "profile" of minimal "redundant" data should appear in
        the feed

  2) further endorsments or issues about the "new SSFF proposal",
supporting both inline content and content-by-reference

2') resolution of how to indicate whether content is inline or by
         reference

*** The next step is for someone to ***
*** volunteer to write the spec bits. ***

More information than you wanted to know:

I first gathered a list[1] of all links I could find that discussed
SSFF. From that list, I identified the main points, endorsements and
disapprovals (+/-1), further questions, and suggestions. I used those
to create a "dialog map" using the IBIS technique[2], which I fed into
perlIBIS[3] to create HTML[4] and a PNG graph[5] outputs (among
others).

The SSFF proposal was well received overall, as were the suggestions
that feeds contain advisory data so that full content could be
download only if needed (or prefetched, for offline reading). There
were some sidetracks and orthogonal discussion, which I've hopefully
separated out properly. There was also the very recent suggestion
that the Atom feed can support both modes, which either needs to be
endorsed or further discussed; at least choosing how to indicate which
mode is in use.

Folks are encouraged to read through the links, the wiki, and related
blogversations and review the work I've done.

When discussing this issue, please use 'SSFF' in the message subject
or entry titles. If you are refering specifically to a "purple"
labeled item in the HTML, please include that too, ie. SSFF#i1.

Suggestions and updates are gladly accepted. If you'd like to submit
patches, the Notation3 file (ssff.n3) is the source.
