Thanks for putting this together. I have to say, though, this proposal looks no less difficult than the SOAP Document Literal proposal.

What I really like about the SOAP proposal is that Document Literal encoding allows people to use SOAP toolkits if they want but doesn't force people on restricted platforms to know SOAP beyond envelope/header/body (which is very little knowledge).
