What is your intent with this proposed draft no-official standing as of yet with the IETF (...I hope I have enough qualifications here to avoid the wrath of St.Peter <grin>...) RFC? Is it something that should be produced independent of the Atom working group, but you are mentioning it here as a courtesy/FYI? Or is it something that the Atom specificiation should reference and depend on? Or is it something that should be considered a product of the Atom working group?
