Can that not be enshrined in the charter in some way? "We will deliver
a document that describes a mapping from Atom to RDF; such a mapping
will be derived from the Atom specification and model, but the
production of such a mapping will not have impact on the other
deliverables."

Or is that just unrealistic? :-)
