How does this work in terms of the non-Atom part of the blog (ie the 
webpages)? I'm presuming if you were writing a blog article about a 
photo, you wouldn't want the photo to end up in a separate entry on the 
page, in which case Don't Syndicate means a lot more than just not 
syndicating. I think the idea itself is viable, but I'm puzzled why 
you've made it "Syndicate"/"Don't Syndicate" when the division is more 
like "Publish as a blog entry"/"Store as a resource for later linking 
to".
