Any member company may have a single representative on the W3C's
"Advisory Council" or AC. Typically, when a member company puts a
representative on a WG, that will be someone else who has particular
expertise/interest in that area of work; quite likely not the AC
member. For example, at Sun, our AC representative is Eduardo
Gutentag, but if Atom went there, I'd wear the Sun hat on the Atom WG.
