I think we need to accept that some rights information needs
to be expressable, but, we should not try to solve the entire problem.
What we need to do is choose "how far to go" rather than seek a
complete solution. Let's figure out what covers 80% of the requirement
set... Personally, I think that allowing a single rights statement at
the feed level and a single statement at the entry level is useful
enough that it can hold us over until some *other* group defines a
comprehensive strategy for Digital Rights Management on the Web...
