We just went through a big revamp of the Blogger site to make it XHTML
compat. I think we got it all, except for some little bits here and there.
Certainly, 99% better than where Blogger used to be. Our new blog
templates are compatible, but (of course) people can edit them or insert
wonkiness or whatever. We don't really have much control over the blogs
themselves; just the main app.

Regarding other Google sites/apps... I believe that's the plan, but I'm
not one to know for sure, or to officially comment :-)
