I added one major change to the WSDL.

This doesn't affect the AtomEnabled.org WSDL, since it didn't implement GET anyway. Basically, Apache Axis WSDL2Java requires at least one element in the SOAP:Body. It's a bug in Axis, but for interop sake, we should program around it. Thoughts?
