w3c and ietf coordination meeting

The next scheduled coordination meeting between the W3C and the IETF is scheduled for this Thursday. It seems that there is enough rough consensus expressed on this list that I agreed its time to move forward. I plan on reporting at coordination group that W3C will support the IETF's decision and wish the ATOM working group the best of luck on this area of work.

I appreciate the consideration by the ATOM community of the W3C proposal, and hope the past few weeks discussion has helped thinking in terms of scope, process and objectives.
