Besides the text/xml-no-charset-non-us-ascii documents there are also feeds that have non-XML MIME types such as text/plain, text/html, application/octet-stream.
Before someone pipes up about how this only affects RSS, I'd suggest checking the MIME types of some of the feeds at http://www.intertwingly.net/wiki/pie/ListOfFeeds. I tested 10 chosen at random and only 3 of them had correct MIME types that were conformant with RFC 3023.
