To avoid that this comes up later, could you clarify how the editors
determine which changes to make and how Working Group participants can
keep track of these changes? As far as I understand the drafts are
currently authored in the RFC XML format which is probably difficult
to diff as would the text/plain result produced by the xml2rfc tool.
It might be useful to provide regular diffs in a HTML format, if the
working group agrees, I would like to point out that there is terse
summary of available HTML diff tools http://esw.w3.org/topic/HtmlDiff
which might be useful here.
