How about the XML parser error, with line number? I would say the client SHOULD send that.

I would like as much information as possible -- it's Robert that doesn't want _anything_. I would like a rich error report for either PaceErrVerb or PaceServiceError, and thus GET isn't really suitable for PaceServiceError. POST or ERR is more appropriate. ;)
