What would be a relative HTTP URL (example?). As far as I understand, a 
relatve URI 
(<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc2396.html#rfc.section.5>) never 
starts with a scheme name, thus it's scheme is determined by the base 
URI it's resolved with...
