	Sam Ruby reports that in discussions at Foo Camp, they have come
up with a quite elegant approach to providing RFC3229 support for Atom.
The basic idea is to implement an entry-oriented "instance-manipulation
method" and then simply turn it on by default. This would be possible
with an entry-oriented IM method since the resulting delta would be
syntactically identical to what a client was expecting to receive
anyway! See:

	I'm not aware of any standard libaries to do this. But, we're
going to get it done... The savings could be huge once this is
implemented.
	I've already mentioned to a number of folk that PubSub.com is
willing to offer a $5,000 bounty to whoever builds the "best" full
implementation as an open source Apache module by Jan 1, 2005. If you'd
like to help in defining the rules of the contest, help do judging, etc.
let me know...
