Meanwhile, it would not be harmful to mention this one element or attribute (anybody have a preference) in the specification.

It's not clear to me that GRDDL is planned to become a recommendation. Does anyone know what the roadmap for GRDDL is?

Sam I'm tempted to use the 'put in the implementors guide' - calling GRDDL a standard is a reach imho.
