Entry order

Is the order of entries within a feed supposed to be significant? I
can't see anything in the spec. I think we should say something - I'm
guessing that it is not significant, and any ordering should be done
using atom:updated or atom:published.

It looks like this might have got lost accidently when the atom:head
element was introduced. Previously Atom 0.3 said [1]:

> Ordering of the element children of atom:feed element MUST NOT be
> considered significant.
