Updates to the web site

I have updated the web site for this discussion 
(<http://www.imc.org/idn-reg-policy/>) with pointers to two more 
documents:

- Japanese characters in Internationalized Domain Name label 
(draft-yoneya-idn-jpchar)

- Chinese Domain Name Consortium (CDNC) Status Update for IDN, a 
PowerPoint presentation made at the ICANN meeting in March, 2003

When there is any concrete documents from ICANN about the IDN 
registration policy discussions this week, I will post them.
