Everyone on this list should see Neteka's wording in 
<http://www.ietf.org/ietf/IPR/NETEKA-DNSII>.

Because of the nature of the Neteka statement, I would *not* want to 
have these documents turned into a standard, and even worse into an 
Informational RFC or Best Current Practice RFC (where the Neteka 
patent statement doesn't even apply and therefore Neteka could nail 
anyone they wanted to under any terms).
