Me too! SOMEONE apart from Marc, James, Rob and me must have opinions!

why? isn't it standard in ietf, that often, only a small group of people express opinions and give input. I don't see this as a problem, but more as standard... (btw, Martin made many comments.)

I think that James (and/or others if interested) should now try to make up a skeleton of an internet-draft for the requirements to keep the focus on a document. James?
