My mail program puts

=?ISO-8859-1?Q?=22Martin_v=2E_L=F6wis=22?= <martin@xxxxxxxxxxx>

into From; this decodes to

"Martin v. Löwis"

So two of the quotes are mine (from thunderbird) - the other
two must, and the backslashes, must be yours.
