The ietf-822 mailing list is a good place to discuss the clarification and extension of RFC 2822 and RFC 5322.
To subscribe to the mailing list, send a message to ietf-822-request@imc.org with the single word subscribe in the body of the message. To unsubscribe from the list, use that same address with the single word unsubscribe in the body of the message.
There is a complete archive of the mailing list. The text-based archive is also available. There are also two archives of the old mailing list: one for 4/91 to 10/93 (text version and one for 10/93 to 1/97 (text version).
Please read through the archive before posting to the mailing list, since many topics of interest have already been discussed.
