Keith said ``allow a sender to separately specify'' the reply-to-author

``A sender.'' One sender. One message.
``Separately specify.'' That means specifying both. Keith explained that
the author can use From for one and Reply-To for the other.
So your examples are completely wrong. Here's what Keith described:
From: X (the reply-to-author address)
Reply-To: Y (the reply-to-all address)
As I said, this requires that reply-to-author ignore the From address.
